PAINTER
Apartment Painter
Help transform vacant apartments into clean,
move-in-ready homes.
Our painters work primarily inside apartment units and common areas completing professional repaints and turnover work.
Responsibilities:
Interior apartment painting
Walls and ceilings
Trim, doors, and closets
Drywall patching
Nail-hole and wall repairs
Sanding and surface preparation
Caulking
Primer application
Paint touch-ups
Protecting floors and fixtures
Maintaining clean work areas
We're Looking For:
Previous professional painting experience is strongly preferred.
Apartment turn or multifamily painting experience is a major plus.
CLEANER
Apartment Cleaner
Be the final step before a new resident receives the keys.
Our cleaners perform detailed move-out and turnover cleaning to make vacant apartments clean, presentable, and move-in ready.
Responsibilities:
Kitchen deep cleaning
Appliance cleaning
Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing
Cabinet and countertop cleaning
Baseboards
Interior windows and mirrors
Vacuuming
Sweeping and mopping
Removing minor trash and debris
Final move-in-ready detailing
We're Looking For:
Detail-oriented individuals who can work efficiently, follow cleaning checklists, identify missed areas, and consistently deliver professional results.
Apartment, hotel, residential turnover, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
Maintenance
Apartment Maintenance
Experienced apartment maintenance professionals are an important part of the Dream Property Services team.
You'll help complete punch lists, make-ready repairs, and maintenance tasks needed to return vacant apartments to rentable condition.
Responsibilities:
Apartment turn punch lists
Drywall repair
Painting and touch-ups
Door and lock repairs
Cabinet and trim repairs
Blind installation
Fixture replacement
Minor plumbing repairs
Minor electrical repairs when qualified
Smoke detector replacement
Hardware installation
General carpentry
Troubleshooting and general repairs
We're Looking For:
Previous multifamily apartment maintenance experience is strongly preferred for this position.
Candidates who can independently assess a punch list and complete multiple types of repairs are especially valuable to our team.
